A Little bit about Angeline's and Toby's Feline Jungle
I am a plant and cat lover living in NYC! My plants are not perfect because my 2 cats, Toby and Dory, love taking huge bites out of the leaves whenever they demand food. They've learned pretty quickly that "taking hostage" of my plants is the best way to get my attention! Regardless, I don't think I'll ever stop collecting plants because they give me so much joy and as long as I feed my cats on time, we should all be able to co-exist peacefully!
The trick to become "The Purr-fect Plant"
Toby loves hanging around my ficus lyrata bush! One morning, I thought it would be a great idea to take a picture and post it on Instagram. He is a natural so I managed to get the perfect shot in one take. I love how the picture highlights Toby's bright yellow eyes while his black fur is almost like a shadow behind the plant. Reminds me of a panther's ability to camouflage and blend into its natural environment when preying for food. However, this kitty only preys on flies and gets food served to him in a bowl twice a day!
